PWA have a policy of open recruitment of engineers and internal promotion. Assistance will be provided for engineers to achieve Chartered Engineer status. All engineers have their own PC with CAD, e-mail and internet access. Engineers should preferably be IT literate. Full training will be provided for engineers wishing to improve their IT/CAD skills.

The practice has an informal atmosphere, which helps promote new ideas and communication between engineers and our clients.

PWA's reputation for innovative design is directly dependant on engineers with an open, enquiring mind.
