Our initial work with the new universities and colleges on the preparation of plant replacement programmes evolved into preparing planned maintenance programmes.

We undertake full plant and asset surveys and produce maintenance documentation for the engineering services within the estate. We then tender the maintenance contract and monitor the contractors' performance. This has also included selection of estates maintenance staff. We provide our clients with ongoing technical advice on a range of issues varying from changes in British Standards through to assistance on negotiating with landlords on service charges and base building plant upgrades.

We also project manage plant replacement/ upgrade programmes and large test programmes for generators and electrical installations
