We are members of the British Council of Offices and have undertaken a wide range of new build, refurbishment and office Cat A and B fitout projects.

The design of the underfloor cooling in Free Trade Exchange Building in Manchester, which enabled the original vaulted ceilings to be retained. This helped the project win Best Refurbished Office Building in the British Council of Offices awards 2007.

These projects have included dealing rooms, staff restaurants, director's dining rooms and boardrooms.

We have a good understanding of space planning, the need for future flexible and easy adaptation to suit changes as a business extends or changes direction.
