EMERSON GROUP REGENT HOUSE STOCKPORT
Chiller Replacement/Ventilation Plant Upgrade
Replacement of main air conditioning/ventilation plant in a fully occupied 12 storey building.

WYTHENSHAWE HOSPITAL ENERGY CENTRE
The works comprised the provision of a new energy centre, sized to provide heating and hot water to 5 modular ward blocks, plus a link corridor and future expansion space.

The energy centre accommodated steam to LTHW, steam to DHW plate heat exchangers, boosted cold water storage and pumping equipment. PWC acted as designer and contract administrators for the project.

XCHANGING 34 LEADENHALL STREET
Replacement of chillers and installation of inverters on main plant.

These works were undertaken as part of an ongoing plant replacement/energy conservation programme, which has resulted in significant energy and CO2 savings. Parker Wilson also advise Xchanging on Facilities Management in their offices in Hanover Square London, Basildon, Folkestone, Chatham and Preston.
