We have a proven track record for the design and project management of plant replacement and engineering projects. These vary from boiler replacements and electrical installations in schools and colleges, through to replacing chillers, UPS, main electrical switchgear and main water storage tanks for banks and firms of solicitors in the City of London.

Due to our extensive experience of healthcare, office and restaurant refurbishment we generally take a major role in these projects. We have recently completed three operating theatres refurbishments for which are were responsible for all services.

Project management work includes boiler replacements in schools and plant replacement and supplementary cooling programmes for Benfield Group, Norton Rose, Investec and Xchanging.

We undertake Cat. A. reinstatement projects for commercial office clients including ACE and Benfield Group.

Past projects include an office fitout and new data centre with full back up facilities for Rolfe & Nolan for which we undertook all project services.

We have recently completed project managing the replacement of the comfort cooling system and office refurbishment of a private bank in a Grade II listed building in Mayfair.
